Reservation policy

A website reservation is held for 30 minutes while you confirm it using the button in your email. Tires are ordered after that confirmation is received.

Appointments and delivery

Available installation times are based on the expected delivery date for the complete tire quantity. Delivery timing can change because of wholesaler availability, weather, holidays or carrier delays. We will contact you if an adjustment is needed.

Timed installations and drop-offs

Timed installation appointments are limited to one set every 90 minutes. Drop-off or work-in requests are accepted without that appointment limit and are completed as shop capacity allows.

Payment and fitment

No online payment is collected. Payment is due at the shop after installation. We verify vehicle and tire fitment before installation and will contact you if the selected tire is not appropriate for the vehicle.
